USPS (United States Postal Service) is our standard shipping method.
Orders are shipped within 1-4 days on all days of the week except for Sundays and major holidays. Please allow for additional time on Holidays and weekends.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other non-contiguous locations, PO boxes and US Military/Diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) will only be shipped USPS.
International delivery times will vary based on shipping method and destinations. See the International Shipping section below for additional details.
Tidbits of information
- If your order is urgent please let us know and if possible we will get right on it. Please keep in mind the size of the order will determine how long it takes us.
- At anytime we may change standard shipping methods if a shipment results in oversize charges. This most often applies to orders that include larger items, cutting mats, or batting.
- We cannot combine multiple orders at this time.
- If you need to make a change to your order please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help but cannot change orders after they have been packaged and shipped.
- These items are NOT included in shipping calculations; downloadable patterns, gift certificates, and membership/pre-order fees.

Includes Canada. No expedited shipping for international orders. We refund any overages!

Orders shipped International Mail typically take 2-4 weeks. However, during peak times it can take longer (see notes about customs below). Most items provide tracking or delivery confirmation.
UPS Worldwide Expedited is 2-3 business days to Canada, 3 to 6 business days to the rest of the world. Packages are fully trackable. These shipments WILL go through customs so please read our policy on customs, duties and taxes below.
In some cases such as an oversized item, we may require an additional shipping cost and if so we will contact you.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes on International Orders
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
